Xzibit
Bio..
Xzibit (Alvin Nathaniel Joiner) was born on
the 8th of January, 1974 in Albuquerque, New
Mexico and has became known worldwide as a rapper
and television presenter.
During his childhood Xzibit had problems with
the police and with high school authorities
for rebelling and causing public disturbances.
The turning point in his life and his musical
career was when he suddenly moved to Los Angeles,
California without much money, but with a dream
to express himself through music.
His
first stop was being a member of the music band
Likwit Crew, but in the year 1996 Xzibit managed
to release his own first rap
album, named "At The Speed Of Life",
which became a hit. That was followed by the
second album
"40 Dayz & 40 Nightz" two years
later in 1998. The rap album "Restless"
was produced by Dr.Dre in 2000 and after a two
year break Xzibit had new album called "Man
Vs. Machine"in 2002.
Xzibit's
has performed alongside some of the biggest
names in the rap industry, including Eminem,
Snoop
Dogg and Ice Cube.
Xzibit
is known not just for his music career, but
in film also, by playing roles in a number of
movies in the early 2000s. For example, The
Breaks (1999), The Slim Shady Show (2001), 8
Mile (2002), The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape
from Butcher Bay (2004), XXX: State of the Union
(2005), Derailed (2005/I), and Gridiron Gang
(2006).
Xzibit
is famous for his TV reality show "Pimp
My Ride", which is on the music channel
MTV.
Xzibit
has a son, named Tremaine.
