Natalie (Jane) Imbruglia was born on February
4, 1975 in Sydney, Australia. She is considered
to be a great Australian singer and onetime
television actress. Natalie's mother is Australian
and her father comes from Italy.
When
Imbruglia was two years old she started dancing
classes and it became a serious hobby. Natalie
has played a part in the long running famous
Australian television series "Neighbours"
for about 2 years, opening up many new opportunities
for the young actress.
She
released her first album "Left of the Middle"
in 1997, which was a big success worldwide.
After that Natalie's music slowed, whilst in
the year 2002 she returned to her acting career,
playing a role in the movie "Johnny English"
in cooperation with Rowan Atkinson.
2005
was a great year for the singer, as she released
her third album "Counting Down the Days",
which became very successful around the world,
especially in the United Kingdom where she spends
much time.
Natalie
Imbruglia was married on December 31, 2003 to
the Australian Daniel Johns, who is the lead
singer of the popular band "Silverchair".
